I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that was clearly evident throughout the establishment. The hotel's location, which is pretty close to the lake shore, was ideal. It's situated in a very quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional - polite, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms, with their terrace and nice large bed, were comfortable and inviting. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast each morning. I particularly enjoyed the home made delicacies, especially the mouthwatering home made cheese.

The location of the hotel is great for those who want to be near Kardzali lake as it is not far from the lakeside and situated next to a restaurant. the rooms are cozy and tasteful with modern facilities. I particularly enjoyed the home-made cheese at breakfast and appreciated the attentive staff. the swimming pool and children's play area outside were also excellent features.

There was an issue with the shower drain, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and the view of the lake was lovely. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient to many activities, such as restaurants and transportation.

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. the view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially during the sunrise and sunset. It's near to many tourist attractions and has a vast parking lot.

Our Easter stay was not as pleasant as we hoped. Our room wasn't ready on time, and we had to wait for over an hour to check-in.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good wifi. The hotel is located in a great spot, not far from the lake and with plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendliness of the staff.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The restaurant was quite limited in terms of menu options and, even worse, it wasn't open for lunch as we were told it would be.
